About Me

My Story and Commitment

Hi, I'm Kai, founder of NextGenPhyziques.

My passion for fitness started through my own journey in the gym, where I discovered how training, consistency and discipline can completely change not only your physique, but your confidence as well.

As a qualified Personal Trainer, I help people build muscle, lose body fat, or any specific goal they have and become more confident in the gym through realistic, personalized coaching. My approach focuses on creating sustainable habits and effective training plans that fit around real life.

Alongside coaching, I am actively pursuing my own bodybuilding goals, which allows me to continually learn, develop and apply practical training principles both to myself and the people I work with.

Whether you're new to the gym, looking to break through a plateau or simply wanting guidance and accountability, my goal is to help you make long-term progress and enjoy the process along the way.

My Story

I started my journey in football, playing at a competitive level in the National League system for Boreham Wood. Sport and performance were a huge part of my life, and I was fully committed to progressing as an athlete. Unfortunately, after suffering a wrist break, I was no longer able to continue playing at that level.

That setback is what led me into the gym and where I quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding, Quality, and helping others improve their own physiques. What started as personal development turned into a deeper interest in coaching, structure, and long-term transformation.

Now I use everything I’ve learned from sport and training to help clients build disciplined, sustainable physiques through structured coaching.
